What is your exhange/return policy for hijabs? 

We do not offer exchanges or returns for hijabs due to hygiene reasons.

 

Can I exchange my hijab for a different color or style? 

No, unfortunately we do not allow exchanges for any reason.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

 

Does Mawdeest have a physical store? 

No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on our website!
